Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor with hands-on experience in high-rise building construction to supervise scaffolding erection, dismantling, inspection, and maintenance activities. The candidate must ensure safe scaffolding practices, compliance with site safety standards, and timely availability of scaffolding systems for construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise scaffolding erection, dismantling, modification, and maintenance activities at high-rise construction sites.
- Plan and coordinate scaffolding requirements based on project activities and construction schedules.
- Ensure scaffolding is erected as per approved drawings, designs, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures, platforms, access ladders, guardrails, toe boards, and safety arrangements.
- Ensure proper use of scaffolding materials, couplers, base plates, props, and other accessories.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Safety Officers for daily work requirements.
- Ensure workers follow safe working practices and use appropriate PPE while working at height.
- Monitor scaffolding material inventory and maintain records of materials issued, received, and utilized.
- Identify unsafe conditions and ensure immediate corrective actions.
- Maintain scaffolding inspection checklists, permits,



and related safety documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection techniques, and dismantling procedures.
- Practical experience with high-rise building scaffolding requirements.
- Knowledge of work-at-height safety, load capacity, stability, and scaffold inspection procedures.
- Ability to lead and manage scaffolding workers and subcontractor teams.
- Valuable coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1 years of relevant scaffolding supervision experience in the construction industry.
- Valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certification / Recognised Scaffolding Training Course certificate is mandatory.
- Must have sound knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and work-at-height procedures.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
