About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing & Community Manager to strengthen our community outreach and marketing initiatives in the e-waste management and recycling sector.

The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with residential communities, schools, colleges, corporates, RWAs, institutions and other potential partners to promote responsible e-waste disposal and organize e-waste awareness sessions and collection drives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute e-waste awareness campaigns and community engagement activities.
- Coordinate and conduct e-waste awareness sessions in schools, colleges, residential societies, offices and communities.
- Identify and approach RWAs, housing societies, corporates, educational institutions and community groups for partnerships.
- Organize and manage e-waste collection drives in different communities.
- Generate leads and convert community contacts into regular e-waste collection partners.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with community representatives and key stakeholders.
- Promote the company's e-waste collection and recycling initiatives through offline and online marketing activities.




- Coordinate with the operations/collection team to ensure smooth execution of collection drives.
- Maintain records of leads, partnerships, sessions, collection drives and e-waste collected.
- Prepare regular reports on community outreach, lead generation and campaign performance.
- Explore new locations and communities for expanding the company's collection network.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities related to awareness campaigns and community initiatives.
- Represent the company at community events, awareness programs and sustainability initiatives.
- Achieve monthly targets for community partnerships, awareness sessions, collection drives and lead generation.

Desired Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, community engagement, field marketing, business development or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and convincing abilities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and community meetings.
- Ability to independently organize events, awareness sessions and collection drives.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of social media marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience in waste management, sustainability, recycling, environmental initiatives or NGOs will be preferred.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years.
