- Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee daily MEP installations at project sites to ensure alignment with approved designs.
- Drawing & BOQ Review: Evaluate shop drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to identify and resolve site-level discrepancies.
- Clash Coordination: Coordinate with interior designers, civil teams, and false-ceiling layouts to prevent spatial clashes between services and structure.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and building management for material approvals, site access, and work sequencing.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Conduct routine inspections to enforce safety standards, material specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Testing & Handover: Assist in testing, commissioning, snagging, and compiling as-built documentation for final project handover.
