Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Salon Manager in daily salon operations.
- Handle customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales growth by promoting services, packages, and retail products.
- Monitor daily sales, bills, ABV, retail sales, and service performance.
- Manage staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and duty allocation.
- Ensure proper consultation and recommend suitable services to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure proper stock usage.
- Ensure Google Reviews, customer feedback, and billing procedures are followed.
- Support staff training and achieve daily and monthly business targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
