Job Overview

Anemo Prime Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in Greenfield and Brownfield industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil site execution, industrial construction, structural works, project coordination, and drawing interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise civil construction activities at industrial project sites.
- Handle Greenfield and Brownfield industrial construction projects.
- Interpret civil and structural drawings and coordinate design-related requirements.
- Prepare quantity estimations, BOQs, and basic civil/structural design calculations.
- Work on RCC structures, foundations, structural steel works, and other industrial civil works.
- Use AutoCAD and understand 3D model drawings for project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and construction safety standards.
- Coordinate with Electrical, HVAC, Piping,



and other MEP disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of industrial civil construction and site execution.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D model drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, foundations, structural works, and quantity estimation.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and basic design calculations.
- Strong contractor management and site coordination skills.
- Good understanding of construction safety and quality standards.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
