- Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
- Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits for interested clients.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Negotiate deals and assist in closing property transactions.
- Maintain daily lead records, client databases, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with property owners, builders, and the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
