## Job Responsibilities
- Make regular phone calls to customers using contact data provided by the agency.
- Explain graphic design services and pricing to potential customers.
- Identify customers interested in posters, banners, logos, business cards, or other design services.
- Collect customer requirements, design details, quantities, and other necessary information.
- Share interested customers' details and design requirements with the manager via WhatsApp.
- Follow up professionally with interested customers.
- Maintain daily call records and submit daily reports to the manager.
## Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- A smartphone and a reliable internet connection are required.
- Regular mobile phone calling is compulsory.
- Candidates who use only WhatsApp messages or WhatsApp calls will not be considered.
## Commission and Earnings
- Earn ₹100 commission for every successfully converted paying customer.
- Commission will be payable only after the customer purchases a design and the agency receives the payment.
- Order and commission confirmations will be shared via WhatsApp.
- Performance-based incentives and increments may be offered based on results.
- Consistently high-performing candidates may be considered for a future fixed monthly salary of ₹8,000–₹10,000 plus incentives. This is not guaranteed at the time of joining.
