IMC Certifications is an international professional training and certification company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with operations in India. We offer professional training and certification programs in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Supply Chain Management, ITIL, and other professional development areas.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can produce engaging, skilled-quality video content for our digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, advertisements, and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality promotional videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
- Create engaging video advertisements for professional training programs, certification courses, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit educational videos, course explainers, trainer videos, testimonials, and corporate videos.
- Add motion graphics, animated text, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music where appropriate.
- Create attention-grabbing opening sequences and compelling visual storytelling to improve audience engagement.
- Adapt videos into different formats and aspect ratios for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content writer, graphic designer, SEO specialist, and marketing head to execute content plans.
- Follow IMC's brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual quality and messaging.
- Organise video files, project files, assets, and final exports systematically.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production standards.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media formats, and effective advertising creatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–5 years of professional video editing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or equivalent professional editing software.
- Strong skills in short-form video editing, storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design.




- Experience creating social media marketing videos and video advertisements.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animated typography, and visual effects.
- Understanding of platform-specific video formats, aspect ratios, and export settings.
- Ability to follow creative briefs and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in digital marketing, education, e-learning, or professional training.
- Experience editing talking-head videos, trainer presentations, and educational content.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing tools and efficient content production workflows.
- Basic understanding of marketing hooks, audience retention, and advertising creatives.

Performance Expectations

- Deliver videos according to the approved content calendar and deadlines.
- Maintain consistent quality across organic social media content and paid advertisements.
- Follow the approved script, brand guidelines, and creative brief.
- Respond promptly to feedback and complete revisions within agreed timelines.
- Maintain organised project files and reusable editing assets.
- Continuously improve video quality, audience engagement, and creative execution.
