Royal Regency is looking for an experienced IT Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the hotel industry to manage IT infrastructure, hotel software systems, network operations, and technical support. The candidate will ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations across all hotel departments

Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and other business applications.
- Manage servers, desktops, laptops, printers, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Oversee CCTV, biometric attendance, telephone systems, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure regular data backups, system security, and data protection.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers.
- Monitor IT assets, AMC renewals, and maintenance schedules.




- Provide technical support and guidance to all hotel departments.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of IT experience in the hotel industry.
- Solid knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, networking, and server management.
- Experience in hardware, software, troubleshooting, and IT security.

Salary: As per industry standards
Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
