We are looking for a confident and target-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in US international calling, B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation. The candidate should be proficient in using LinkedIn and Lusha to identify prospects, generate leads, and connect with potential US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US-based clients and potential customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and Lusha.
- Identify decision-makers and build a database of potential B2B clients.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha to find prospect contact details and relevant business leads.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain lead databases, call records, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Build relationships with prospects through professional communication and consistent follow-ups.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in US B2B sales or international business development.
- Mandatory:



US international calling and cold-calling experience.
- Hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting.
- Practical knowledge of LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha for prospecting and lead generation.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Experience connecting with US-based decision-makers.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Location Requirements

Candidates must be based in Mohali, Chandigarh, or nearby Tricity areas and be comfortable working from the Mohali office.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates experienced in US B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Candidates who can independently source prospects using LinkedIn and Lusha.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Important: Candidates must have relevant US calling, B2B sales, and lead-generation experience. Only candidates comfortable with the US shift and Work From Office should apply.
