Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive student enrolments by generating prospective leads through various ATL and BTL promotional activities, including school seminars, community events, town-level campaigns, and residential outreach programmes within the assigned territory.

2. Develop business opportunities by visiting schools, connecting with principals, academic coordinators, and management teams to promote the institute's educational programmes.

3. Conduct home visits to interact with students and parents, understand their educational requirements, provide course guidance, address queries, and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.

4. Build strong skilled relationships with local tuition teachers to generate student referrals and identify new admission opportunities.

5. Follow organizational policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines while carrying out admission and marketing activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
