We are seeking experienced IT Support Engineers to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and IT equipment.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in IT support, network troubleshooting, system administration, and end-user technical assistance. A valid GCC driving licence is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to employees and end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve operating system, application, and connectivity problems.
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and access points.
- Handle user account creation, access permissions, password resets, and system configurations.
- Install, update, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, antivirus checks, and security monitoring.
- Troubleshoot email, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and other business application issues.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment repairs and technical support.
- Provide on-site technical assistance at different company locations whenever required.
- Follow IT security procedures, backup policies, and data protection practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma,



or relevant technical qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure, or Technical Support.
- Strong practical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Mandatory Requirements

- Experienced candidates only – freshers are not eligible.
- Valid GCC Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Practical experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle on-site technical support and travel between locations as required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook support.
- LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches.
- Printer and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Antivirus, endpoint security, and data backup.
- Basic CCTV, access control, and IT infrastructure support.
