Role & Responsibilities
Support business development, commercial property sourcing, and property stacking activities.
Identify and connect with property owners, landlords, investors, and developers.
Conduct market research to identify available commercial spaces and new business opportunities in Pune.
Coordinate calls, meetings, property visits, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
Collect and maintain property details, availability, ownership information, and commercial terms.
Assist in preparing proposals, updating property databases, and supporting business closures.
Work closely with the team to learn about commercial leasing and real estate transactions.
Skills & Qualifications
MBA / BBA graduates or freshers looking to build a career in commercial real estate.
Valuable communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Pune’s geography or willingness to learn.
Willingness to travel across Pune for meetings and property visits.
Proactive attitude with good research, coordination, and follow-up skills.
