Suri Medical Agencies, a pharmaceutical wholesale distributor in Solan, is hiring Dispatch Coordinators for our store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive bills from the billing counter and collect the items picked from the godown

- Match every item against the bill: product name, quantity, batch number and expiry date

- Flag and resolve any mismatch with the billing and godown teams before dispatch

- Pack orders safely and correctly label them for each customer

- Dispatch orders on time and maintain dispatch records

- Keep the dispatch area organised

Requirements:

- 1-5 years of experience in dispatch, packing or store work

- Experience in pharma dispatch is strongly preferred

- Able to read medicine names, batch numbers and expiry dates accurately

- Careful,



disciplined and good with attention to detail

- Candidates from Solan or nearby areas preferred

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: Rs 12,000 - 18,000 per month (based on experience)
