**Position Title:** Mechanical Production Supervisor

### Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and analytical **Mechanical Production Supervisor** to oversee shop floor operations, drive efficiency, and ensure seamless manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, hands-on experience with production ERP systems, and sharp time-management skills to optimize component cycle times.

### Key Responsibilities

* **Production Supervision:** Manage daily shift operations on the factory floor, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality parameters, and production targets.

* **Cycle Time & Time Management:** Analyze and track the exact time taken to produce single units ("time taken for one piece") to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve line balancing.

* **ERP & System Utilization:** Use enterprise ERP systems for scheduling work orders, tracking material flow, and updating production milestones.

* **Technical Support:** Oversee the handling of mechanical tools and coordinate with the maintenance team regarding electrical and mechanical machinery performance.

* **Documentation & Reporting:** Prepare daily production reports, shift logs,



and efficiency metrics using **MS Excel** and **MS Word**.

* **Team Coordination:** Work closely with quality control, assembly operators, and store departments to maintain steady workflow.

### Key Requirements & Skills

* **Education:** B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

* **Experience:** 2 to 3 years of shop-floor or production supervision experience in a manufacturing setting.

* **Technical Knowledge:** Good understanding of mechanical tools, production processes, and basic electrical machine interfaces.

* **IT & Software Skills:** Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** (for production data analysis and tracking) and **MS Word**, along with hands-on experience using **ERP** software.

* **Core Competencies:** Excellent time management, strong problem-solving abilities, and explicit communication skills.
