Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding UG/PG courses and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and generate admissions.
- Convert leads into successful admissions through follow-ups.
- Guide students about course details, fees, and eligibility.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain student records and CRM updates.
- Handle and guide junior counsellors.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Robust counselling and sales abilities.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
