URGENT REQUIREMENT | LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD

Employment: Full-time | On-site
Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
Location: Kinfra Technopark, Kakkanchery, Calicut
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Lead – Learning & Development | Key Responsibilities and KPIs

- Develop and implement an organisation-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with MS's business objectives and growth plans.
- Conduct organisation-wide competency assessments, identify capability gaps and establish competency frameworks across all key functions and roles.
- Design ad implement structured learning programmes to strengthen employees' technical, functional, managerial and behavioural competencies.
- Develop and implement leadership and management development programmes to strengthen leadership effectiveness and build future leaders.
- Establish role-based learning plans and individual development plans (IDPs) linked to employee performance reviews and competency requirements.




- Identify and implement targeted upskilling and reskilling initiatives to improve employee productivity, performance and organisational effectiveness.
- Establish a continuous learning culture through coaching, mentoring, knowledge-sharing and cross-functional learning initiatives.
- Develop talent development and succession-readiness programmes for critical roles and high-potential employees.
- Establish a structured L&D; framework, including annual learning calendars, digital learning platforms, training records and effectiveness assessment mechanisms.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of learning initiatives through competency improvements, workplace application, employee performance and measurable business outcomes.
