PSR Compliance | Full time | On-Site
PSR Compliance is looking for a skilled professional with practical experience in MCA/ROC filings, company and LLP compliance, and other regulatory registrations and filings.
Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month
Location: Sector 6, Noida
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Handle company incorporation, LLP registration, and MCA/ROC filings.
- Prepare and file forms such as AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, and other applicable forms.
- Manage annual filings, event-based compliances, director changes, and share allotments.
- Handle regulatory registrations, licence applications, renewals, amendments, and online government portal filings.
- Work on assignments related to Drug licence ,BIS, EPR, FSSAI, IEC, pollution-related registrations, and other regulatory compliances.
- Review client documents, prepare applications, track filing status, and coordinate with clients and authorities.
- Research applicable regulations and ensure accurate and timely completion of assignments.
Who Can Apply?
- Candidates with practical experience in MCA/ROC filings, corporate compliance, or regulatory filing work.
- Graduates, commerce graduates, B.Phrama, CS professionals, and other relevant candidates with hands-on experience are welcome.
- Good knowledge of online government portals, documentation, and filing procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
