We require retired Lt. Colonel /Major for our esteemed Institute at Waknaghat (Distt.-Solan) H.P. to maintain / control as following responsibilities:

- Corporate Security & Risk Management:
- Design, implement, and oversee physical and electronic security frameworks for corporate offices, manufacturing plants, or large infrastructure sites.
- Manage VVIP/executive protection, access control systems, CCTV surveillance networks, and perimeter security.
- Administration & Facility Management:
- Supervise large-scale administrative operations, asset management, fleet/transportation logistics, and workspace utilization.
- Manage vendor relationships, third-party service contracts (housekeeping, security agencies, maintenance), and statutory compliance.




- Oversee multi-crore infrastructure projects, capital expenditures, and site development timelines.
- Crisis Response & Regulatory Compliance:
- Formulate emergency evacuation protocols, fire safety drills, and business continuity plans (BCP).
- Liaise with local law enforcement, municipal authorities, and regulatory bodies for incident reporting and statutory clearances.

Pay: ₹133,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
