The role requires robust ownership, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver agreed outcomes within defined timelines and quality standards.\\r\\nKey Responsibilities\\r\\n• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.\\r\\n• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.\\r\\n• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.\\r\\n• Lead regular project governance, customer reviews, and status meetings.\\r\\n• Track project KPIs, deliverables, resource utilization, and service performance.\\r\\n• Drive timely resolution and escalation of risks, issues, and operational blockers.\\r\\n• Support resource planning, forecasting, effort tracking, and billing-related activities.\\r\\n• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, action trackers, and management updates.\\r\\n• Ensure compliance with organizational processes, documentation,



and governance requirements.\\r\\n• Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.\\r\\nRequired Skills and Experience\\r\\n• Demonstrated experience in project management and service delivery.\\r\\n• Strong customer and stakeholder management capabilities.\\r\\n• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.\\r\\n• Strong planning, governance, reporting, and risk-management skills.\\r\\n• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and IT service management environments.\\r\\n• Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow is desirable.\\r\\n• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\\r\\n• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and drive activities to closure

Key Responsibilities
