About Jairam Group
Jairam Group is a growing organization engaged in transportation, logistics, fuel distribution, and many other verticals of businesses.
We are looking for a highly disciplined and result-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee daily fleet operations, ensure on-time deliveries, maintain strict operational controls, and lead a team of drivers and logistics personnel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Plan, schedule, and monitor daily vehicle movements to ensure timely deliveries.
· Track all trips against planned schedules and customer commitments.
· Take ownership of fleet manager operations including vehicle maintenance all the way to insurance renewal, toll recharge .
· Address manpower shortages in the fleet (cleaners, drivers, support staff and other support structure)
· Monitor , control and raise request of expenses in a advance manner.
· Ability to prepare report .
· Timely coordination with management, vendors, drivers and others in an effective way.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
