We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Head to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial management and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, ESIC, EPFO, Qualified Tax and Income Tax.
- Handle tax planning, returns and statutory filings.
- Manage financial statements, reporting and account finalisation.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- Manage ERP-based accounting systems.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and financial institutions.




- Ensure timely compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with ERP accounting software.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong financial management and analytical skills.
- Leadership, team management and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates having experience in Government Construction, Mining, Steel or Real Estate industries will be preferred.

Work Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, West Bengal.
