Profile: Accounts Executive

Dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with experience in handling day-to-day accounting operations, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, invoicing, ledger scrutiny, and financial documentation. Skilled in maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with internal departments and external parties, and ensuring timely processing of payments and statutory requirements. Proficient in MS Excel, Tally ERP, accounting software, and preparing MIS reports. Possesses solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

· Managing accounts payable & receivable

· Preparing vouchers, invoices, debit/credit notes

· Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

· GST, TDS & statutory compliance support





· Processing vendor and employee payments

· Maintaining financial records and documentation

· Assisting in audit and financial reporting

· Preparing MIS and expense reports

· Coordination with banks, vendors, and internal teams

Qualification

· B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance (Preferred)

· Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance operations

Experience Line (Optional)

Fresher / 1–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
