Paithrika Homes & Estates Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on customer leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.
- Present and explain project features, specifications, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients.
- Coordinate and arrange site visits for potential customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the property-buying process.
- Maintain updated lead records, customer interactions, and sales reports.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.





Qualifications & Skills

- Graduation in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
