Job Title: Service Technician

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Post-Service Technician to handle routine maintenance, fault diagnostics, and after-sales service for our solar PV installations (residential and commercial).

Key Responsibilities:

*Post-Installation Service: Carry out servicing and maintenance of installed solar power systems.

*Compliance: Ensure solar installations meet required technical and safety standards.

*Quality Checks: Inspect solar panels, electrical connections, and other system components.

*Inverter Monitoring: Check inverter performance, settings, errors, and operational compliance.

*Low Power Production: Identify and troubleshoot reasons for reduced solar power generation.

*Mobile Application Monitoring: Monitor solar system performance through mobile applications and identify technical issues.

*Solar Panel Inspection: Identify panel defects, damage,



loose connections, and other performance-related issues.

*Troubleshooting: Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues at project sites.

Educational Qualification:

*ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

*Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Required Skills:

*Basic knowledge of solar PV systems.

*Knowledge of inverters and electrical systems.

*Willingness to travel to project sites.
