We are seeking an aggressive and network-driven Vehicle & Vendor Sourcing Executive to manage our asset procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing commercial market vehicles (specifically Light Commercial Vehicles - LCVs), onboarding reliable third-party transport vendors, negotiating competitive per-trip and monthly rate cards, and ensuring 100% compliance across our fleet footprint. Key Responsibilities Market Vehicle Procurement: Source and deploy ad-hoc and dedicated commercial vehicles (LCVs, Tata Ace, Eicher, etc.) daily based on moving load demands across local Bengaluru and long-haul interstate lanes (Chennai/Hyderabad). Vendor Network Expansion: Actively identify, negotiate with, and onboard local fleet owners, brokers, and logistics partners to build a resilient multi-tier vehicle sourcing pipeline. Rate & Cost Optimization: Negotiate competitive market pricing structures to minimize trip-wise transportation outlays and control dynamic market vehicle booking expenses. Rigorous Vendor Onboarding: Manually manage the end-to-end documentation funnel for new vendors, ensuring strict compilation of GST certificates, PAN cards, verified bank proofs, and structural fitness permits. Client Compliance Safeguarding:



Ensure every sourced third-party vehicle perfectly complies with client-mandated SLAs, specifically guaranteeing 100% functional GPS tracking integration prior to dispatch. Data & MIS Management: Maintain error-free, real-time records of vehicle deployments, route expense sheets, and vendor payment tracking lists. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in vehicle sourcing, vendor procurement, or fleet operations management within a dynamic 3PL, digital freight marketplace, or logistics environment. Network: An active, pre-existing database of regional commercial vehicle operators and transport brokers in Karnataka and neighboring states. Skills: Exceptional communication and aggressive field negotiation skills. Proficiency in managing metrics via Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Compliance Literacy: Deep understanding of logistics documentation frameworks including GST regulations, RCM tracking, and standard commercial transport onboarding mandates.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
