About Us
EIS Technology Solutions LLC is an Abu Dhabi-based AV/ELV and technology systems integrator serving ADNOC group companies, government entities, education and corporate clients across the UAE. Our Trivandrum office supports UAE operations with project, bid and engineering functions.

About the Role
You will design AV and ELV systems for our bids and projects, from requirement study to system design, BOQ and AutoCAD drawings, and support the team through to shop drawings and as-builts.

Key Responsibilities

- Study tender specifications, room data and client requirements; propose AV solutions for meeting rooms, auditoriums, control rooms, video walls, LED displays and digital signage
- Prepare system designs, equipment selection and BOQs with brand-compliant alternatives
- Produce AutoCAD drawings: AV schematics and signal-flow diagrams, rack elevations, equipment layouts, cable schedules and reflected-ceiling device placement
- Prepare technical proposals: design narrative, compliance statements, datasheet packs and room-by-room descriptions
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors (e.g. LG, Unilumin, Absen, QSC, Sennheiser, Logitech, Crestron/Extron) on design validation and pricing
- Prepare shop drawings, material submittals and as-built drawings for awarded projects




- Support ELV scopes (CCTV, access control, PA and structured cabling) with layouts and riser diagrams
- Join online client and consultant meetings to present designs and answer technical clarifications

Requirements

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in AV design, presales or drafting with a systems integrator or AV consultant
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D); working knowledge of display sizing, audio coverage, video conferencing and control systems
- Ability to read and respond to consultant specifications and tender BOQs
- Good written English for technical documentation

Preferred

- AVIXA CTS (or CTS-D) certification; OEM certifications (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp)
- Revit or SketchUp for 3D room visualisation
- GCC project exposure (ADNOC, government, education sector)

Working Conditions

- On-site at our Thiruvananthapuram office
- Working hours aligned to UAE time (GST, UTC+4), Monday to Friday; flexibility needed near bid deadlines
- Occasional UAE travel may be required
- Laptop, EIS email, Microsoft Teams and required software licences provided
