Responsible for managing post-handover client requirements, maintenance requests, complaints, and repair work. Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain good relationships with clients after project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client complaints and service requests after project handover.
- Coordinate with clients regarding maintenance, repairs, and pending issues.
- Arrange site visits for inspection and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, vendors, and contractors for rectification work.
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints and service requests.
- Maintain records of all service requests, complaints, and closure reports.
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfactory completion of work.
- Coordinate warranty-related issues and ensure work is completed within the warranty period.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and track pending service requests.
- Coordinate with the Projects and Purchase Departments for materials and manpower requirements.
- Maintain project-wise after-sales service records.
- Escalate major technical issues or unresolved complaints to the reporting manager.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of interior fit-out and maintenance work.
- Positive communication and client-handling skills.
- Vendor and contractor coordination.
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
Experience: 2–4 years in interior fit-out, maintenance, or after-sales services.
