Job Position: Senior Civil Project Manager

Experience: 10 Years and Above

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution – Plan, organize, and execute residential and commercial construction projects from start to completion.

2. Project Management – Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.

3. Team Management – Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.

4. Budget & Cost Control – Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, control costs, and minimize material wastage.

5. Site Supervision – Monitor daily site activities and ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.

6. Quality Control – Ensure construction quality, material standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications.

7. Material Management – Plan material requirements, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely availability at project sites.

8. Client Coordination – Maintain professional communication with clients, architects, consultants, and stakeholders.

9. Progress Monitoring – Review project schedules, track progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.

10. Technical Coordination – Review architectural,



structural, and MEP drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.

11. Contractor Management – Coordinate subcontractors, verify work progress, and monitor contractual obligations.

12. Reporting & Documentation – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, project records, and billing documentation.

13. Safety Management – Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with construction safety standards.

14. Project Handover – Ensure final inspections, snag-list clearance, documentation, and successful project handover.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- B.E. / M.E in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Excel.
- Robust client handling and communication skills.

Language Requirements:

Must be fluent in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Malayalam (all four languages are mandatory).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
