Senior Vendor Empanelment Executive

Work Mode: Warangal / Remote

Salary: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard recruitment agencies, staffing companies, manpower suppliers, labour contractors, and independent recruitment vendors.

- Establish vendor partnerships to fulfil client hiring requirements across different industries.

- Contact vendors and explain BK Nexus Enterprises' vendor partnership model, recruitment requirements, commercial terms, and payment processes.

- Coordinate with vendors to understand their sourcing capabilities, geographical coverage, industry expertise, and available candidate networks.

- Empanel vendors for blue-collar, white-collar, IT, non-IT, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, engineering, and other recruitment requirements.

- Negotiate vendor commission structures, recruitment service charges, payment terms, and replacement conditions.

- Collect and verify vendor profiles, company details, service agreements, and required business documentation.

- Maintain a structured database of approved vendors and their recruitment capabilities.

- Share job requirements with empanelled vendors and coordinate candidate submissions.

- Monitor vendor performance, candidate quality, joining ratios, and recruitment turnaround times.

- Build long-term relationships with vendors to support recurring and bulk hiring requirements.

- Coordinate with the business development and recruitment teams to meet manpower delivery targets.

Required Skills

- Experience in vendor management, recruitment agency coordination, staffing, or manpower supply.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

- Ability to identify reliable recruitment vendors and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Understanding of recruitment commissions, vendor agreements, and staffing operations.

- Experience managing vendor networks across multiple locations is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently and achieve empanelment targets.





Work Locations & Employment Model

1. Warangal / Hanamkonda – Office or Field Operations

- Corporate visits and client meetings when required.

- Local vendor identification and empanelment.

- Business development and recruitment partnership activities.

- Coordination with local industries, companies, and manpower suppliers.

2. Remote Operations – Work From Home

- Online business development through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other qualified channels.

- Remote vendor identification, onboarding, and relationship management.

- Virtual meetings with companies, staffing firms, and recruitment agencies.

- Online tracking of leads, vendor empanelment, and business development targets.

Both work models involve measurable performance targets and regular reporting.

Salary & Performance Structure

- Fixed monthly salary based on experience, skills, and role suitability.

- Performance-based incentives for achieving defined targets.

- Salary and incentive structures will be discussed during the interview.

- Monthly targets will be communicated clearly at the time of hiring.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates and experienced professionals may apply.

- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, B2B sales, vendor management, or manpower supply is preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication and business development skills may be considered for junior BDE roles.

- Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, and English is an added advantage.

- Candidates must have basic computer skills and be comfortable using email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and online meeting platforms.
