Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an efficient and organized Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling bookkeeping, processing invoices, tracking payments, and performing bank reconciliations. Your main objective is to maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date financial records to support the overall financial health of the company.

Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a core accounting or bookkeeping role (freshers with solid internship experience may apply).
- Software Skills:



Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- MS Office: Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically using functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
- Core Knowledge: Clear understanding of basic accounting principles, debit/credit rules, and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, strong numerical ability, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines.
