Job Title: Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (dependent on experience)Position SummaryWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions. You will handle regular data entry, invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and assist with monthly financial reporting. This entry-level role is ideal for a professional looking to build a stable career in accounting.Key Responsibilities

- Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions, expenses, and sales entries into accounting software.
- Invoicing: Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices while following up on pending payments.
- Voucher Management: Maintain, verify, and digitally archive all physical receipts, cash vouchers, and bills.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly bank statements against internal ledgers to fix discrepancies.
- Bookkeeping: Assist senior financial staff with monthly closing activities and balance sheet updates.
- Compliance Help:



Organize documents required for routine GST filings, TDS deductions, and tax compliance.

Skills & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of practical experience in basic corporate bookkeeping or accounting.
- Software Skills: Direct, hands-on familiarity with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Core Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles, high accuracy, and robust mathematical skills.

Working Conditions

- Schedule: Standard day shift (e.g., 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM), Monday to Saturday.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
