About the Role: Rainbow Shine Infotech is a *Digital Marketing & IT Solutions Company* looking for a *confident, energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive* to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our digital marketing & IT services, generating leads, conducting follow-ups and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calling and other sales activities.
- Contact potential clients and introduce them to our services.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital solutions.
- Explain services such as Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Graphic Design, etc.
- Handle client queries professionally and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain records of leads, calls, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with clients.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.
