We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our international sales and business development team.

You will communicate with international clients, primarily in English-speaking markets, to promote website development, mobile applications, AI solutions, and other IT services.

This position is suitable for students, fresh graduates, and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want to develop a career in international sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential international clients through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and video meetings.

- Generate leads and schedule online meetings with prospective customers.

- Present and explain website development, mobile applications, and AI services.

- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.

- Maintain customer relationships and manage sales activities.

- Learn about IT products and services to communicate their advantages effectively.

- Work towards monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation is mandatory.

- Confident and comfortable communicating with international clients through voice and video calls.

- Basic understanding of websites, WordPress, mobile applications, or IT services is an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and willing to learn.

- Must have a laptop or desktop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.

- Students, freshers, and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome.

Salary Structure

- Students / Interns: Starting from ₹10,000 per month.

- Freshers with relevant experience: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

- Additional performance-based incentives and sales bonuses.

Salary depends on relevant experience, communication skills, working hours, and demonstrated performance.
