We are looking for a well-presented, friendly, organised, and responsible Front Desk Executive to become a part of our team.

Preferred Experience:

* Prior experience working as a receptionist or front desk executive at a yoga studio, gym, fitness centre, wellness studio, or similar establishment.

* Candidates with general front desk or reception experience are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional approach.

* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in enquiries.

* Manage client registrations, memberships, renewals, and attendance records.

* Provide information about studio classes, schedules, packages, and services.

* Coordinate with yoga instructors and the management team.

* Handle daily front desk operations and maintain client records.

* Manage appointments,



trial sessions, and new client follow-ups.

* Ensure the reception area remains organised and welcoming.

* Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks.

Skills & Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Valuable command of spoken English and Hindi.

* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

* Good organisational and multitasking abilities.

* Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

* Ability to handle clients politely and efficiently.

* Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
