Handle incoming & outgoing patient calls.

Understand & record patient's health-related concerns & medical history.

Provide basic medical guidance & health-related information within skilled scope.

Coordinate with doctors and the medical team whenever required.

Maintain accurate patient records & call documentation.

Ensure professional communication & patient confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria

BHMS or BAMS degree is mandatory.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
