We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our retail store operations efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and manage store staff, including sales and cashier teams.
- Monitor sales targets and work towards achieving business goals.
- Maintain inventory, stock availability, and proper merchandising.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and employee attendance.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail store management is preferred.
- Good leadership, communication,



and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, billing, and sales operations.
- Ability to handle staff and manage day-to-day challenges.
- Responsible, hardworking, and customer-focused.
