We are looking for an experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef specializing in Continental cuisine to assist in managing the kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Sous Chef in overall kitchen operations and supervise the Continental section.

2. Prepare, cook, and present Continental dishes as per standard recipes and SOPs.

3. Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation as per standards.

4. Responsible for mise-en-place and inventory management for the section.

5. Train, guide, and motivate junior chefs and commis.

6. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

7. Assist in menu planning, new dish development, and cost control.

8. Coordinate with purchase and stores for raw material requirements.

9.



Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts

- 3 - 5 Years of experience as Jr. Sous Chef / Chef De Partie - Continental in a reputed Hotel / Restaurant / Catering

- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine, sauces, and cooking techniques

- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

- Good team management and communication skills

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
