Job Summary

AVM Labs is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Executives to develop business opportunities, promote diagnostic services, and maintain solid client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with 100+ active clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
- Promote diagnostic laboratory services and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Handle client queries and concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain client information, follow-ups, and business activities in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.




- Achieve assigned business development targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or other Life Science-related fields.
- DMLT candidates are also eligible.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Language: Hindi, English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to learn ERP systems.
- Blood Collections known ( Phlebotomy)
- Own Laptop Must
