Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Packaging or Manufacturing industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting operations, GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic SAP operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, and billing.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other accounting-related documentation.
- Maintain ledger accounts and assist in monthly closing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Generate financial reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Work on SAP software for accounting entries and financial operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Packaging or Manufacturing sector.
- Basic to good working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting processes.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
