Vedanta Academy, Gaya, is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to strengthen its marketing activities and increase student admissions.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication and convincing skills, be comfortable with field marketing and door-to-door visits, and have the ability to build relationships with parents and the local community to promote the school's academic offerings and admission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Admission Marketing: Develop and execute marketing activities to generate leads and increase student enrolments.
- Door-to-Door Marketing: Visit nearby residential areas to promote the school, communicate its facilities, and inform parents about admission opportunities.
- Field Marketing: Conduct promotional campaigns and distribute marketing materials in targeted areas.
- Lead Generation: Identify prospective students and maintain a database of interested parents.
- Parent Interaction: Explain the school's academic offerings, facilities, and admission process to prospective parents.
- Admission Follow-ups: Follow up with interested parents, encourage school visits, and support the admission process.
- Local Outreach: Build relationships with local communities and relevant stakeholders to increase the school's visibility.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain daily records of field visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and admissions secured.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.




- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to undertake door-to-door marketing and regular field visits.
- Ability to interact confidently with parents and prospective students.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about achieving admission goals.
- Prior experience in school marketing, field sales, telemarketing, or admissions counselling will be an advantage.
- Candidates familiar with Gaya and its surrounding localities will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000, depending on experience and suitability.
- Travel Allowance (TA): Provided for eligible field visits.
