About the Role

Suroskie is looking for an experienced NPD Packaging Executive to manage end-to-end packaging development for skincare and beauty products. The role involves packaging sourcing, artwork coordination, quality testing, vendor management, and cost optimization to ensure quality standards and timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities

- Packaging Development: Source and develop bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, caps, cartons, labels, and transit packaging.
- Artwork & Printing: Coordinate dielines, color matching, surface finishes, and artwork approvals with design and marketing teams.
- Testing & Quality: Coordinate compatibility, leakage, dispensing, drop, and transit testing with R&D; and QA teams.
- Cost Optimization: Prepare cost sheets, track tooling costs, negotiate vendor quotations, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with packaging suppliers to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain packaging trackers, BOMs,



specifications, vendor records, and regulatory labeling requirements.
- Launch Management: Ensure packaging readiness and timely approvals for new product launches.

Key Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Packaging Technology, Polymer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 2–4 years of experience in packaging development within skincare, beauty, personal care, or FMCG.
- Solid knowledge of packaging materials, components, printing processes, and quality testing.
- Experience in vendor management, cost analysis, and packaging development.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and packaging documentation.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- On-time packaging readiness for product launches.
- First-time-right artwork and sample approvals.
- Cost optimization against target budgets.
- Reduction in transit damage, leakage, and packaging defects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
