Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Doctors during patient consultations and clinical procedures.
- Conduct preliminary patient assessments and record medical history.
- Check and monitor patients' basic health parameters, including BP, pulse, temperature, and weight.
- Understand patients' health concerns and coordinate with senior doctors for appropriate medical guidance.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records, prescriptions, and consultation details.
- Follow up with patients regarding their treatment progress and recovery.
- Coordinate with clinic administration and support staff to ensure smooth clinical operations.
- Ensure proper patient care, safety, hygiene, and clinical protocols.
- Assist in managing patient appointments and consultation schedules.
- Support patient retention and satisfaction through qualified communication and regular follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Good clinical knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine.
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist senior doctors and manage patient interactions.
- Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
- Patient-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and medical documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
