Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze source system data models and understand target system requirements.Strong hands on experience with SYNITI (ADMM tool)Design and develop ETL jobs, mappings, and transformation logic.Implement data cleansing, filtering, and validation rules.Perform data loads for mock, test, and production cycles.Investigate and resolve load errors and data quality issues.Support reconciliation activities (counts, totals, key field checks).Maintain technical documentation and ETL job inventories.Support cutover execution and post load validation.
