We are hiring active and enthusiastic candidates for the role of Relationship Manager (RM) and Sales Manager (SM) for the authorized franchise office of Choice India in Indore. This role offers graduates and freshers an opportunity to kickstart their career in the stock market, broking, and wealth management sector.
Key Responsibilities: Handling client interactions and building long-term business relationships. Assisting clients with opening and managing Demat & Trading accounts. Introducing and selling financial products, including Mutual Funds and Insurance solutions. Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and following up with prospective investors. Achieving monthly sales targets and driving business growth. Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
Eligibility & Requirements: Education: Any Graduate (Freshers with an interest in finance/sales are encouraged to apply). Prior experience in sales, telecalling,
or financial services is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic interest in stock markets, mutual funds, and investments. Target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn. Must be comfortable with full-time Work From Office.
Compensation & Perks: Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month (for freshers) Incentives: 5% incentive per sale (high earning potential based on performance) Professional growth, practical learning, and exposure to the financial broking industry
