● Lead day-to-day clinical operations across departments and coordinate consultants, resident medical officers, emergency services and allied clinical teams.

● Establish and implement clinical policies, standard operating procedures, care pathways, escalation protocols and documentation standards.

● Drive patient safety, clinical quality, infection prevention and control, medication safety, incident reporting and corrective/preventive action.

● Coordinate clinical service planning, duty rosters, on-call coverage, emergency response and continuity of care.

● Oversee medical records quality, clinical documentation, consent processes, discharge summaries and confidentiality practices.

● Work with Nursing, HR, Finance, Operations and the NABH Coordinator to ensure staffing, equipment, facilities and workflows are ready before go-live.

● Support recruitment, credential verification, privileging and onboarding of doctors; monitor professional conduct and clinical performance.

● Coordinate clinical audits, morbidity/mortality reviews,



patient complaints and clinical risk reviews; ensure actions are tracked to closure.

● Support statutory registrations, inspections and compliance relevant to medical services and the Clinical Establishment framework.

● Provide regular clinical operations and quality reports to hospital leadership/Board, highlighting risks, corrective actions and readiness milestones.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
