We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT HR Generalist who can independently manage recruitment, employee engagement, and end-to-end HR operations in a dynamic IT environment.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Position: IT HR Generalist
Experience: 1–4 Years
Industry: IT / Software Development
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including technical hiring, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle, from joining to exit formalities.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, probation confirmations, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Manage HR policies, employee grievances, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain employee records, HR reports, and HRMS data.
- Coordinate exit interviews and full & final settlement processes.

What We're Looking For:





- 1–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT/software company.
- Robust understanding of IT recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel/Google Sheets, payroll processes, and HR documentation.
- Ability to independently manage daily HR responsibilities.
