Mastercard – Site Reliability Engineer II
Must-Have Skills
- SRE / reliability engineering experience.
- Observability using metrics, logs and traces; hands-on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace or Grafana.
- Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS or PCF.
- Linux/Unix networking, protocols, and security knowledge.
- Scripting in Python, Go, Bash or similar.
- Production incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and resolution.
- CI/CD, containerization, orchestration and automation.
- High availability, fault tolerance, scalability and disaster recovery.
- Capacity planning, performance optimization and proactive monitoring.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management.
- AWS/Azure/GCP experience
- Telecom/Genesys domain experience is added advantage.
- ITSM tools, Oracle and Java troubleshooting.
- Networking, security and infrastructure automation.
