Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented US IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in Light IT recruitment and US staffing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and placing IT professionals for US-based client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for Light IT requirements.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
- Work on technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, and other IT domains.
- Coordinate with candidates, vendors, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate pay rates and compensation with candidates and vendors.
- Understand and work with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Verify candidate work authorization, including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and EAD.




- Submit qualified candidates to clients within the required turnaround time.
- Schedule interviews and follow up until final selection and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, submission records, and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Experience in Light IT recruitment and US staffing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Understanding of US time zones – EST, CST, MST, and PST.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations – H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and EAD.
- Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
- Flexibility to work in a night shift as per US business hours.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
