SML Finance Ltd is looking for a responsible and result-oriented Business Executive to handle daily loan collection activities and support the company’s collection operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in loan recovery, customer handling, and field collection activities, with good communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out daily loan collection activities and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
* Visit customers and follow up on pending dues through calls and field visits.
* Maintain regular contact with customers regarding repayment schedules and overdue accounts.
* Achieve daily and monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
* Maintain accurate records of collections, pending payments, and customer follow-ups.
* Submit daily collection reports to the branch manager.
* Identify overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions as per company policies.
* Handle customer queries related to repayments professionally.
* Ensure proper handling, accounting, and timely remittance of collected amounts.
* Maintain good customer relationships while following ethical collection practices.
* Support the branch team in achieving overall business and collection objectives.
Requirements
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in loan collection, recovery, or financial services.
* Experience in field collection and customer follow-up is preferred.
* Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
* Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
* Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and collections.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
